My Etsy shop is tiny. Teensy tiny. I don’t know if I’ve ever had more than ten items in my shop at one time. I’ve barely capped 100 sales. My audience is small. Three pillows at one time is a big restock for me.

Friends, if you ask me, this is a beautiful bundle. Truth be told, I bought it solely to make pillow covers from for my shop. It’s the first fabric I’ve purchased specifically to make and sell.

I have no regrets having a bit of Heather Ross’ 20th Anniversary Line sitting on my fabric shelves. Her whimsical pictures are so cheerful. The violet strawberries are my favorite, but the pink apples are a very close second. They are all listed in my Etsy Shop.

What is the Easiest Mask Tutorial for a Beginner with a Basic Sewing Machine?

Easiest Simple mask to make without pleats for simple sewing machine

As we all know, anyone who can sew is making masks. A couple months ago, I made a few masks for family members. I made a pleated mask. Maybe I should say, ‘I ATTEMPTED to sew a mask.’ My sewing machine cannot go through pleats well. It just can’t chew through that many layers of fabric well. The stitch doesn’t stay a consistent length, and I have to pull and tug a bit to get my machine to stitch through the pleats.

I have four children right now. They are seven, five, three, and three months. A couple years ago, I finished an economy block quilt for my seven year old. I have sewn zero quilts for my other children.
